Can TimeGPT1 capture up and down movements of the each candles to give signal buy and sell in short time resolution?

I have been working on a project which is related to stock market time series prediction using ploygon.io data, and my purpose to predict up and down movements of the candles in trades in short time resolution using LSTM with attention mechanism, but the model win rate and net profit are low, therefore, I want to know that if TimeGPT can capture extreme movements to manage a buy and sell actions preciesly, if does, how would we incorporate the TimeGPT with ploygon data?
